Legal Recovery Specialist - Collections & Court Prep

Discovery USA

EquipmentShare is seeking a Legal Recovery Specialist to work with in-house counsel on the recovery of unpaid accounts across the United States. You will manage communications with customers, coordinate payment plans, and assist with preparation of legal filings and hearings. The role supports the collections process from initial contact through judgment, including e-filing, data entry, and coordination with courts and process servers.
