Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Interventional Technologist I – Short Summary Assists physicians with minimally invasive, image-guided procedures in Interventional Radiology and Invasive Cardiology. Supports procedures including cardiac catheterization, EP, angiography, device implantation, biopsies, thrombectomy, embolization, and pain management . Operates specialized radiologic equipment and maintains strict sterile technique . Functions as a scrub technologist , prepares and comforts patients, and supports the clinical team. Performs image/data transfer, documentation, quality checks, equipment cleaning, and maintenance . Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care . Participates in quality improvement, education, precepting, and onboarding . On-call coverage may be required for weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
