As the Program Manager, Global Emerging Talent, you will help shape the workforce of the future by designing and delivering innovative talent solutions that build critical capabilities, accelerate business outcomes, and strengthen long-term talent pipelines. Reporting Equinix’s Integrated Talent Solutions (ITS), you will serve as a Strategic Talent Advisor and Program Owner, partnering with business leaders, HR, and talent stakeholders to align emerging talent strategies with workforce priorities and future skills needs.Through a deep understanding of business demand, talent supply, and market dynamics, you will help leaders navigate talent decisions and create pathways that unlock opportunity, build organizational capability, and enable sustainable growth. workforce initiatives, or talent strategies in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, or related functionsDemonstrated success partnering with senior leaders to influence strategy, drive change, and deliver business outcomesExperience managing complex, global, cross-functional programs and organizational initiativesStrong program management, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilitiesExcellent executive communication, facilitation, and consulting skillsAbility to translate workforce challenges into scalable talent solutionsBachelor's
