Implementation Specialist

TripMaster is seeking an Implementation Specialist to help customers successfully launch and adopt our industry-leading software solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, solving challenges, leading training sessions, and helping organizations achieve measurable results. You'll serve as a trusted advisor throughout implementation, guiding customers from onboarding through go-live while ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to maximize the value of our platform.

What You'll Do

Lead Successful Client Implementations

• Guide customers through onboarding, configuration, training, and go-live activities
• Translate customer requirements into practical system setups and workflows
• Ensure projects remain on track and clients achieve implementation milestones
• Act as a trusted advisor during critical early stages of the customer journey

Deliver Exceptional Training Experiences

• Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions
• Facilitate classroom instruction, one-on-one coaching, workshops, and webinars
• Develop customized training plans based on customer needs
• Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning outcomes

Drive Client Success

• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Identify opportunities to expand training and adoption within existing accounts
• Maintain clear communication regarding project progress, risks, and customer feedback

Contribute to Continuous Improvement

• Create and update training materials, documentation, and resources
• Participate in software testing and product feedback initiatives
• Support technical troubleshooting and customer support efforts when needed
• Share best practices that improve internal processes and client outcomes

Qualifications

Required

• 1-5 years of experience delivering software training, implementation, onboarding, or customer-facing consulting services
• Experience conducting training in classroom, virtual, and webinar environments
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning web-based software platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel up to 25% nationwide
• Dedicated remote workspace conducive to productivity

Preferred

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Experience providing technical support or troubleshooting software applications
• Experience creating technical documentation, training guides, or instructional content
• Experience working with SaaS platforms or enterprise software solutions
