Supervise staff and provide training & development to enhance team performance. Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Manage inventory control, including ordering and stock management. Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Conduct interviews for new staff members and assist in the hiring process. Support shift management by coordinating staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage. Requirements Experience as a lead in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
