Location: In-person at Miami office with events and travel across Florida

Employment Type: Full-time 40+ hours/week

Position Summary

Blue Ivy Coaching, a premier brand within Guidewell Education’s Advisory Services division, delivers individualized college and career advising to students globally. As we expand our presence across the Southeast, the Regional Manager leads market growth, strategic outreach, and brand representation across the South Florida market.

Sitting at the intersection of business development, marketing strategy execution, and strategic partnership management, this role owns regional revenue growth, builds lasting relationships with local schools and community organizations, executes high-impact events, and utilizes sales data to capitalize on market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Leadership & Strategic Partnerships

• Represent the Blue Ivy Coaching and Guidewell Education brands across the Florida market, acting as the primary ambassador to families and channel partners.
• Family Relationships: Manage family relationships through high-touch customer service. You’re confident talking with parents about their concerns, but you love kids.

Marketing Execution & Campaign Strategy

• Detail, design, and execute multi-channel marketing plans tailored to regional products and services.
• Establish marketing schedules and collaborate cross-functionally with internal colleagues, sponsors, and external partners to implement outreach strategies.
• Contribute local market research, demographic insights, and competitive analysis to refine broader brand marketing strategy.

Sales Growth & Client Engagement

• Develop and execute targeted sales approaches, special promotions, and sponsored events to expand the prospective student pipeline.
• Engage directly with prospective families and clients, clearly articulating product/service value and providing exceptional customer service.
• Track regional sales metrics, manage lead pipelines, and work proactively to hit or exceed sales goals and revenue quotas.

Data Analytics, CRM & Operations

• Maintain accurate CRM data tracking, manage client account details, and construct targeted outreach lists.
• Analyze sales trends, demographic shifts, and campaign performance to identify operational improvements and growth opportunities.
• Create and present regular performance and market analytics reports for executive leadership.
• Ensure full adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, and administrative procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of and established connections within the Miami-area education and community landscape, including local schools, families, and community organizations.
• 3+ years of professional experience in educational sales, admissions coordination, business development, partnership management, or talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency with CRM platforms, lead tracking, email marketing software, data reporting tools, calendar management, and presentation software.
• Proven track record in event planning, outreach list building, market research, and client relationship management.
• Strong professional competencies in oral and written communication, time management, strategic problem-solving, initiative, and team collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field preferred.

What Success Looks Like

• Market Footprint Growth: Establishing and actively consolidating strategic partnerships across key South Florida educational institutions within the first 6 months.
• Pipeline & Revenue Generation: Meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas and lead conversion benchmarks through targeted regional initiatives.
• Operational Excellence: Maintaining seamless CRM record accuracy, timely data reporting to executives, and flawless execution of regional events.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $60,000-$70,000 plus uncapped commissions.
  • On-Target Earnings: $110,000-$130,000
