Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.

• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry best practices.

• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure safety compliance.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot equipment failures.

• Document maintenance activities and report on equipment performance.

• Utilize performance metrics to evaluate maintenance effectiveness.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve maintenance goals and targets.

• Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and procedures.

• Support the implementation of new technologies and maintenance strategies.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.

Experience/Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance and repair of industrial machinery.

• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and skill development.

• Strong motivation to achieve personal and team performance targets.

• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures efficiently.

• Experience in documenting maintenance activities and performance metrics.

• Experience in developing and implementing maintenance schedules.

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

• Familiarity with new technologies in maintenance strategies.

• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
