Overview
Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery. Travel assignment in Hanford, California. Start date 08/17/2026 for 8 weeks. Nights, 3x12 shifts (36 hours per week). Weekly pay range: 2,677–2,855 USD. Work setting: hospital-level care delivered on a labor and delivery unit. This is a travel - temporary assignment staffed through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for labor and delivery patients according to the nursing process and established standards of care
- Monitor maternal and fetal status, manage labor progression, administer medications, and assist with analgesia and IV therapy
- Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesia, and other disciplines to coordinate care and ensure patient safety
- Supervise and direct activities of licensed and unlicensed nursing staff; delegate appropriately and maintain clinical supervision
- Document care accurately, respond to obstetric emergencies, and maintain sterile technique and patient privacy

Requirements
- Current California RN license (active)
- BLS certification; ACLS and/or NRP preferred
- Experience in Labor & Delivery or obstetric/gynecology settings preferred
- ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts; strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Eligible to work in the United States; able to travel as required for the assignment
