Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient conditions, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines to ensure integrated and safe patient management.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in daily practice.
- Document care activities and maintain patient safety and quality standards.

Requirements
- California RN license or eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse in California
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in Labor and Delivery or obstetric nursing preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts
- Willingness to participate in credentialing and onboarding processes
