Customer Service Representative

Position: Customer Service Specialist Location: Tempe, Arizona, Irving, TX Duration: 3 months with intention to extend to at least 6 months or longer, and possible to convert to FTE Job ID: 179429 only W2 Job Overview: This position involves participating in or providing support for low-complexity initiatives within Customer Service. The role includes reviewing basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Customer Service. The candidate will receive direction from a supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing an understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. The role also involves providing information to client personnel in Customer Service. Responsibilities: Participate in low-complexity initiatives within Customer Service. Review and address basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures. Provide support for low-risk tasks and deliverables. Develop an understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information and assistance to client personnel in Customer Service. Manage customer pipelines and follow up on leads. Perform outbound calling and customer follow-ups. Schedule appointments and coordinate handoffs. Maintain detailed documentation and CRM updates. Support underwriting or documentation collection processes. Track referrals and manage reporting processes. Participate in regular feedback sessions to improve processes. Qualifications: 6 months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education. Sales or Customer Service background. Excellent communication skills. Proven job history with a track record of stability. Experience in pipeline/lead management and high-volume follow-up calls. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM management. Bilingual Spanish skills (preferred).
