As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff. You will communicate clearly, respond to routine concerns, and support a welcoming environment while reflecting Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.04 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a hotel or resort location. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, common spaces, parking areas, exterior grounds, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel. Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with hotel or resort staff, guests, and emergency responders as needed. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
