This position develops and implements sales strategies to achieve business plan objectives.This position is part of the Field Sales organization located in the Central Region. If you thrive in a fast-paced, development role and want to work to build a world-class sales organization, read on.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Develop regional plans and set priorities to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue goalsHire, train, develop, and retain a hardworking sales team through one-on-one training, coaching/mentoring, development, and team building both remotely and through regular field visits.Work with the sales team to ensure existing customers are retained, competitive accounts are converted, and existing accounts are expanded.Develop clinical knowledge and expertise to facilitate effective relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region.The essential requirements of the job include:BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferredProven track record of sales achievement in medical device sales with a minimum of 2 years sales management experience and 6 years overall medical device sales experience; both medical capital equipment and disposable product experience preferredTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environmental Requirements:50% travel will be required.Sales team members adhere to hospital credentialing policies and requirements (medical records, immunizations, vaccinations, background checks, etc.)Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordMammotome, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad range of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that enhance our lives. This job is also eligible for incentive pay, with a total compensation target of $252,500- $ 262,500 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
