Client is a builder developer in the Atlanta market that operates as a general contractor servicing client in the interiors, retail, and higher-ed space.
Job Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for Class A office construction projects.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine accurate cost projections.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
- Evaluate and select suppliers and subcontractors based on cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Monitor and update project budgets throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all estimates.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and Class A office projects.
- Proficiency in cost estimation tools and software.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
