Program Financial Analyst

Responsibilities Labor & Material tracking, cost transfers, & resource planning/updates Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers Lead real-time financial performance monitoring Monitor program costs, schedules, and risks Drive monthly and quarterly planning cycles Support business development proposals Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements Prepare variance analyses, productivity studies, and non-standard management reports Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis as needed Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (MBA preferred) 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, including 2+ years in program finance Strong understanding of GAAP and government contracting (CP/FP/T&M) Experience with Deltek, Oracle EPM Cloud, and complex HFM reporting and consolidation Proficient in MS Excel and Word Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across department Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Please review our benefits here: Life at OSI Pay may range from $106,800 to $112,700 annually The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations. Base salary is one component of your total rewards package. You may be eligible for long-term incentives, potential discretionary bonuses, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discounted rate through the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
