- Sales Pipeline Owner - Own sales opportunities from discovery to closure, ensuring a high close rate.
- Deliver Sales Presentations - Execute discovery calls, sales meetings, and all web lead follow-up. Provide a premium sales experience to potential school partners at every stage of the sales funnel.
- Prospecting - Own the strategy and execution of outbound prospecting in partnership with the Sales Director to generate qualified pipeline. Identify and engage high-potential prospects through targeted outreach (email, phone, social, in-market activity). Ensure consistent follow-up and maintain accurate CRM tracking.
- Market Knowledge - Collaborate with the Sales Director to stay informed about market competition, industry trends, and product differentials. Develop and maintain knowledge of competitor products and market landscape.
- Assist Sales Forecasting and Growth Strategies - Work with the Sales Director to produce short-term and long-term growth strategies. Generate recommendation letters endorsing Booster's products/services. Maintain up-to-date records and activity in the CRM system.
