What You’ll Actually Do This role blends service, education, and skilled labor. Every day you will: Educate & Guide Customers Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls Assess their garage door concerns and needs Clearly explain findings and available solutions Educate customers so they can confidently choose the option that best fits their home and budget Build trust through professionalism and expertise Repair & Install Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain garage doors Replace springs, rollers, motors, and components Install keypads and related equipment Use hand tools and apply mechanical skills daily Maintain organized truck inventory and materials Serve Deliver exceptional customer service Foster lasting customer relationships Process payments (cash, credit card, check) Submit weekly service and sales reports Deposit collected funds weekly Who Thrives Here Trade-minded individuals who enjoy working with tools Customer-focused communicators Competitive, self-motivated professionals Individuals who enjoy educating others and building trust People ready to build a long-term career — not just a job Works well within a team environment Receptive to coaching and constructive feedback Lifelong learner mindset – understands there is always something to learn and improve What We Require Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong communication and professionalism Basic comfort with tablets/navigation tools Training Program We provide 3 weeks of paid, hands-on training at our corporate office in Las Vegas, NV , along with up to 4 weeks of paid in-market training before and after your time in Las Vegas.
