This is a hands‑on outdoor role where your expertise and passion for arboriculture will make a real impact every single day. Responsibilities Perform professional tree trimming, pruning, and shaping to maintain tree health and aesthetics Safely remove dead, damaged, or hazardous limbs using chainsaws, and aerial equipment Operate and maintain equipment such as stump grinders, aerial lifts, skid steer, and grapple saw truck Follow ANSI Z133 safety standards and all company safety protocols on every job site Clean up job sites thoroughly, including debris removal and hauling Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company with integrity Requirements 1+ year experience in tree trimming, and removal with a tree service Proficiency with chainsaws, and other tree care equipment Ability to work at heights safely using proper safety techniques in aerial lift Knowledge of tree biology, pruning techniques, and safe work practices Physical stamina to perform demanding outdoor labor in various weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL a plus Drug free ISA Arborist Certification preferred but not required Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team‑first attitude About Us Precision Tree Care & Removal LLC is a trusted name in tree services throughout the Live Oak, FL area, known for delivering high‑quality, reliable work that keeps properties safe and beautiful.
