- Who: A detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant with strong proficiency in NetSuite software.
- What: Manage general accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- When: Position available immediately.
- Where: Dalton, GA.
- Why: Be a key contributor to our finance team, helping maintain accurate financial records and supporting business growth through dependable accounting practices.
- Prepare and post journal entries accurately within NetSuite
- Perform monthly reconciliations for bank and balance sheet accounts
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare financial reports and maintain compliance with GAAP
- Conduct variance analysis and assist with budget monitoring
- Provide support for audits by organizing documentation and data
- Maintain organized financial records and support internal controls
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of accounting experience, with mandatory proficiency in NetSuite
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail
- Knowledge of GAAP and best accounting practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
