Compensation: $3,394 - $4,089 | Schedule: 5x8 Days

In the role of OR Manager, you will be instrumental in managing the daily functions of the operating room, ensuring that patient care and safety standards are upheld at the highest level. Your leadership will steer a team of dedicated professionals in providing outstanding surgical services.

• Supervise and coordinate the operating room staff and daily activities
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and facility protocols
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Maintain and elevate quality standards within the operating room
• Must hold a Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Require a minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care nursing within a hospital environment
• Preferred certifications include Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS)
• National specialty certification in your area of expertise or nursing administration is preferred
• A Master’s Degree along with five years of relevant experience is preferred
• One year of leadership experience is preferred
