1st Shift Production Supervisor

Job Description A local processing company is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their 1st shift. This person will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of operations. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this person will be responsible for leading and managing a team of production employees to achieve production goals while upholding Core Values and Standard Operating Procedures. Metals industry experience strongly preferred Strong leadership and communication skills. Must be able to coach, mentor, and develop team members and work effectively at all levels of the organization. Proven knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality standards. In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality standards. Experience in steel processing -Experience working with slitting machines.
