What You'll Do

• Attentativeness- must to be able to pay attention to all details.
• Ensure cleanliness of work areasto improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement and enforce safety standards to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow

What You'll Need

• 1+ years supervisory experience is a plus
• Bilingual English and Spanishisa plus
• Leads when required, but able to workwith coworkers and supervisors in other departments to achieve goals
• Time management, must understand "urgency" of manufacturing

Your Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required
