Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Park Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of residents' physical and cognitive abilities, identifying areas for improvement and developing personalized treatment plans Design and implement occupational therapy interventions to enhance residents' daily living skills, mobility, and cognitive function Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized plans to address residents' medical and functional needs Educate and empower residents and their families on self‑care techniques, adaptive equipment, and strategies for maintaining independence Document resident progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team and family members Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care and address any concerns or needs About The Role As an Occupational Therapist with Park Ridge, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment that values the importance of individualized care.
