OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner

Assignment Details


• Location: Westminster & Thornton, Colorado


• Practice Setting: Outpatient OB/GYN Clinic


• Coverage: Ongoing locum opportunity


• Reason for Coverage: Provider departure

Compensation: Hourly: Tier 1 - $130/hr, Tier 2 - $150/hr.

Schedule


• Monday-Friday


• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM


• One-hour unpaid lunch


• Initial Coverage Dates:


• August 3-7


• August 10-14


• August 17-21


• August 24-28


• August 31-September 4


• Ongoing coverage beginning November 2026

Clinical Details


• Outpatient OB/GYN clinic


• No trauma designation


• EMR: Epic


• Medical Assistant support


• Approximate daily patient volume: 18-20 patients

Requirements


• AANP or ANCC Certified Nurse Practitioner


• Active Colorado license


• BLS certification highly preferred


• DEA highly preferred (required for credentialing)


• Must be available for the requested coverage dates and specify additional ongoing availability through October


• Must disclose the number of shifts available per month for ongoing coverage


• Must acknowledge and complete all required Epic training prior to the start date


• Must acknowledge the preferred hotel requirement when lodging is needed


• Clean malpractice and background history highly preferred


• NPDB self-query strongly preferred at presentation

Credentialing


• Standard credentialing: Approximately 60 days


• Temporary credentialing: 30 days or less for qualified providers


• Emergency privileges available for providers with a clean credentialing file

Additional Information


• Coverage may be at either clinic location, but not both simultaneously.


• Providers must complete all required Epic modules and virtual training before receiving first-day details.
