Property Manager Capstone Realty Professionals | Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time | In-Office

Capstone Realty Professionals is a top-rated Phoenix real estate brokerage and property management company that has been helping clients buy, sell, and manage residential real estate since 2008. As our property management division continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team.

This is not an entry-level role.

We're looking for a licensed Arizona real estate professional who has successfully managed residential properties, genuinely enjoys serving clients, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

What You'll Do  

• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants 
• Build strong relationships through excellent communication and service 
• Determine market rents through rental analysis and comparable research 
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests and vendor communication 
• Enforce lease agreements professionally and consistently 
• Manage tenant expectations, concerns, and conflict resolution 
• Coordinate property turns and move-out processes 
• Protect and improve the owner experience through proactive communication 
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture 

What We're Looking For

Required  

• Active Arizona Real Estate License
• Residential property management experience 
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills 
• Excellent verbal communication and phone skills 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail 
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills 
• Experience using spreadsheets and technology platforms

Preferred 

• AppFolio experience 
• Experience managing a portfolio of residential properties 
• Proven success handling difficult conversations and resolving issues professionally
