• Lead the daily operations of a licensed childcare center.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop teachers to reach their highest potential.
• Ensure classrooms consistently provide exceptional care and high-quality early childhood education.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff.
• Build positive, professional relationships with families while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
• Ensure all licensing requirements, company policies, and state regulations are followed consistently.
• Oversee enrollment, staffing, scheduling, classroom quality, and center performance.
• Complete required documentation, licensing records, attendance records, and administrative paperwork accurately and on time.
• Address concerns promptly, professionally, and respectfully.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous learning, and excellence.

• Previous leadership experience in a licensed childcare center is required.
• Florida Director Credential
• Strong knowledge of Florida childcare licensing regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong Time Management Skills
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
