We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Facility Solutions Manager to join our Orlando team. What You'll Do

As a Facility Solutions Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their facilities receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients through regular communication and site visits.
• Conduct facility inspections and ensure all services meet City Wide's quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage a network of service vendors and contractors.
• Proactively identify facility needs and recommend customized maintenance solutions.
• Resolve service issues quickly and professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple client accounts, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and service partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track service performance, document inspections, and provide regular updates to clients.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in account management, facilities management, property management, operations, customer success, project management, or B2B sales.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field.
• Proficiency with technology, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally throughout the Greater Orlando area.
