We're looking for motivated, safety-focused individuals to join our team as an Industrial Equipment Mover , supporting machinery installations, factory relocations, and complex rigging operations for industrial and commercial clients.

This is not your typical construction role. You'll work with specialized equipment, cranes, forklifts, rigging systems, and precision machinery in environments ranging from semiconductor facilities and clean rooms to manufacturing plants and medical equipment installations. What You'll Do

As an Industrial Equipment Mover, you'll play a critical role in the safe movement, installation, and startup support of heavy machinery and sensitive equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with moving, positioning, and installing heavy industrial equipment using forklifts, cranes, rigging systems, and specialized machinery-moving equipment.
• Support machinery installations in manufacturing facilities, clean rooms, commercial buildings, and industrial sites.
• Participate in equipment setup, alignment, and initial testing procedures.
• Load and unload trucks carrying machinery, ducting, equipment, and project materials.
• Assemble and disassemble rigging systems, lifting devices, and support equipment.
• Read and interpret measurements, work instructions, and project specifications.
• Work closely with experienced crews in teams of 2-4 to execute projects safely and efficiently.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to assist with equipment installation and project completion.
• Secure, protect, and transport sensitive equipment while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
• Follow all company, customer, and site-specific safety procedures.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of construction, industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical experience.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Experience loading and unloading materials, equipment, or machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules as project demands require.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

• Rigging experience.
• Forklift operating experience.
• Industrial construction experience.
• Machinery moving or equipment installation experience.
• Welding, pipefitting, mechanical assembly, or electrical experience.
• Machine operation experience.
• Experience working in manufacturing facilities, clean rooms, semiconductor facilities, or industrial environments.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and job plans.

Work Environment

This position combines shop, warehouse, construction, and industrial job site work. Initial training is completed at our main facility before traveling to active project locations throughout the region.

Schedule

Start Times: Typically between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM

End Times: Generally between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM

Overtime: Frequently available based on project demands

You'll work in a variety of environments, including manufacturing facilities, industrial plants, commercial buildings, clean rooms, and semiconductor operations. Flexibility, professionalism, and a strong safety mindset are essential to success in this role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goodyear, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
