Located in Duluth, MN Salary: $18+/hour Experienced Line CookDuluth, MN | $18.00+/hour Are you reliable, dependable, and ready to join a great team? Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting an Experienced Line Cook in Duluth, MN for a local restaurant that values hard work, teamwork, and quality food preparation. We're looking for someone who is confident working in a fast-paced kitchen, can keep up during busy service periods, and takes pride in preparing consistent, high-quality food. This is a great opportunity for an experienced cook looking to join a professional kitchen team in a beautiful North Shore setting. The starting wage is $18/hour and may increase based on level of experience and a current ServSafe Certification. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Work various stations on the line and keep up with orders during busy service periods
- Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, presentation, and timing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience required
- Knowledge of proper food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
- ServSafe Certification is a plus
- Reliable and dependable attendance is required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
