Job Title: Receptionist

Duration: 6 months Strict Contract

Location: On-site at Greater Flushing, NY 11354- 5 days per week

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with 30 minutes lunch

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Top 3 Skills:

1. Bilingual English / Mandarin

2. Must have at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist.

3. Answering phone calls, scanning, taking applications, etc.

Experience in Outlook and TEAMS, must be able to create calendar invites, book conference rooms, and use TEAMS for document uploads and chat.

Candidates absolutely need to speak Mandarin. 90% of walk-ins speak Mandarin.

Description:

Primary responsibilities include greeting guests, vendors, job applicants, and other visitors in a courteous and professional manner. The receptionist will manage incoming calls at the front desk, route calls to the appropriate parties, and ensure a positive first impression of the organization. Additional duties may include arranging conference room reservations, coordinating food deliveries, scheduling transportation services, and providing general administrative support as needed. Strong communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and a polished, professional presence are essential for success in this role. A High School diploma and relevant experience are required.
