What You’ll Do

• Provide community-based support to children and/or adults enrolled in our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP).
• Help individuals develop independent living, coping, social, and daily living skills.
• Encourage confidence, recovery, and meaningful community involvement.
• Collaborate with our clinical team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation that meets agency and compliance standards.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has at least 2 years of direct care experience
• Has a genuine desire to help others
• Is compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated
• Communicates effectively and works well independently and as part of a team
• Has reliable daily transportation and enjoys providing services both in the community and through virtual visits
• Is organized and able to effectively manage their schedule, documentation, and client responsibilities
• This position involves regular physical labor. Essential job functions include lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, pushing and pulling.  Applicants must be able to perform these essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
