TTF is hiring a Residential Clinical Manager to lead a multidisciplinary behavioral health team in Anchorage, Alaska . This leadership role oversees clinical operations within residential treatment programs serving individuals with severe mental health needs. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise clinicians, program managers, and support staff Ensure compliance with Medicaid/Medicare and regulatory standards Oversee clinical services: assessments, therapy, case management, and discharge planning Drive quality assurance, performance management, and program development Requirements Master's degree in mental health or related field 5+ years clinical experience, including 3+ years in leadership Experience with high-acuity populations (SMI, addiction, etc.) Compensation & Benefits $96,000 - $121,500 base salary + incentives (avg. $16K, up to $42K) Student loan repayment & tuition assistance 401(k) with match + employer contribution 5-8 weeks PTO + comprehensive healthcare options Join a mission-driven team making a real impact in behavioral health. #J-18808-Ljbffr
