Temporary Executive Assistant to President (Three-month Opportunity)

This is a rare opportunity to serve as the Temporary Executive Assistant to the President of a nonprofit, providing senior-level support to a dynamic and high-profile leader operating at the intersection of law and social impact. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for a executive support professional who brings exceptional organizational instincts, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. From managing a complex, high-volume calendar to coordinating donor engagements and preparing executive communications, you will be the connective tissue that keeps a mission-driven leader operating at their highest level. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external inquiries, protecting the executive’s time and ensuring requests are prioritized in alignment with strategic goals.
- Own a complex calendar, proactively resolving conflicts, building in transition time, and ensuring the executive is always prepared and briefed ahead of meetings.
- Coordinate intricate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support fundraising and donor cultivation efforts, contribute to the preparation of executive-level communications, and help bring the executive’s voice to life across speeches, remarks, and organizational messaging.
- Be the administrative organizer, tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across workstreams, following up with internal contacts and external partners to drive completion.
- Sit in on senior-level meetings as a trusted presence, documenting key decisions and commitments and ensuring every action item finds its way to the right person at the right time.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and briefing materials.
- Serve as a trusted steward of sensitive information.
- Bring flexibility and commitment to the role, including availability for select evening and weekend engagements.

The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
