Position: Salesforce.com (SFDC) Developer

Location: Aliso Viejo, CA

Duration: 6 Months

Job Type: Temporary Assignment

Job Description:

Experience Required:

• 3 to 5 years of overall IT industry experience.
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on Salesforce.com development experience.
• Strong experience in Salesforce development, administration, configuration, customization, and implementation.

Mandatory Areas / Must-Have Skills:

Skill 1 Lightning Web Components (LWC):

• Strong hands-on experience in LWC development.
• Experience working on at least 3 Salesforce projects using LWC.

Skill 2 OmniStudio:

• Hands-on experience in OmniStudio.
• Minimum 2 projects in OmniStudio OR at least 10 months of OmniStudio experience in a project.

Skill 3 Apex & Visualforce:

• Strong coding experience in:
• Apex
• Visualforce
• Triggers
• SOQL

Skill 4 Salesforce Lightning & Aura Framework:

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
• Working knowledge of Aura Components and Aura Framework.

Skill 5 Integrations:

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using:
• REST APIs
• SOAP Web Services
• WSDL
• SSL Standards
• Security Models
• API Client Architecture
• Bulk API
• Metadata API

Skill 6 Salesforce Administration:

• Hands-on Salesforce Admin experience:
• User Management
• Roles & Profiles
• Security Setup
• Configuration & Customization
• Workflow Rules
• Validation Rules
• Approval Processes
• Reports & Dashboards

Skill 7 JavaScript & Front-End Technologies:

• Strong knowledge of:
• JavaScript
• HTML/HTML5
• CSS
• AJAX
• XML
• jQuery or similar JavaScript frameworks

Skill 8 Deployment & Database Development:

• Production deployments using:
• Change Sets
• Eclipse IDE
• ANT Migration Tool
• Experience with:
• SQL / PL-SQL
• Database Schemas
• Stored Procedures
• Unit Testing & Test Classes
• Domain Experience (Preferred)
• Healthcare Payer Domain experience is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in Java/J2EE or .NET technologies is an added advantage.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1)
• Salesforce App Builder Certification
• Desired Certifications
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) / DEV 501

Good-to-Have Certifications:

• Advanced Administrator (ADM301)
• Sales Cloud Consultant
• Service Cloud Consultant
• Additional Requirements
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Thorough understanding of Salesforce governor limits and coding best practices.
• Experience with Apex Data Loader or ETL tools such as:
• Informatica
• MuleSoft
• Boomi
• Cast Iron
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with onsite teams and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge Transition (KT) experience from onsite teams preferred
