We are looking for a Consultant II, Senior, Principal or Managing Workday Benefits Consultant (experience level will determine job title) who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.Requirements (What We’re Looking For):Workday Benefits Certification (Required)1+ years experience implementing Workday Benefits configurations for customers of all sizes, of increasing complexity levels (Required)1+ years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Benefits solutions according to customer requirements (Required)Knowledge in Benefits groups, plans, coverage levels, eligibility, business processes, open enrollment, Enrollment Data Conversion and the Affordable Care Act (Required)Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaborationAbility to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneouslyStrong communication skills, both written and oralAbility to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trustGood problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectationsAbility to travel 25-45%Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):Work directly with clients to implement Workday Benefits technology solutions into their business environments of increasing complexity levels with experienceDeliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet clients’ business needs of increasing complexity levels with experience.Define, build and implement HR processes and structure, in alignment with client’s business objectives and needs, enhancing clients’ experience and value of the Workday software of increasing complexity levels with experience.Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organizationManage a team of consultants, guiding them through their Workday/professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level)Utilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level)Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerBenefits (What We’re Offering):Fast-paced and result oriented work culture with competitive base salary and quarterly bonusesHealth, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Basic Life Insurance coverageAdditional voluntary life insurance availablePaid Parental Leave & Pregnancy Related Medical LeaveGenerous paid sick leaveUnlimited PTOMonthly wellness/gym subsidyMonthly phone subsidy401 (k) and ROTH retirement savings plan with matchingEmployee Assistance ProgramCompany sponsored volunteer opportunities, LinkedIn Learning access, company and team outingsTopBloc is an Equal Opportunity Employer#LI-REMOTEThe hiring base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
