About the Role

As a FOH Team Member / Server- Barista - Cashier, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests. Your responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, inviting dining area. You'll also work closely with your teammates to deliver excellent service and keep operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
• Comfort with handling cash and operating a POS system
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Preferred:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
• Familiarity with food service operations

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and take their orders accurately
• Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and integrity
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the FOH area
• Collaborate with teammates and management to ensure smooth service
• Support opening and closing duties as needed
