We are seeking an experienced Digital Oil Field Project Manager to lead the successful execution and delivery of large-scale digital projects within the oil & gas industry . The ideal candidate will have strong project management and leadership experience, with exposure to real-time production monitoring, artificial lift surveillance, and optimization systems .
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution and delivery of large-scale digital oil field projects.

Oversee implementation and full lifecycle management of real-time production monitoring systems .

Manage projects involving artificial lift surveillance and optimization .
-
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables .
-
Collaborate with implementation teams, production engineers, field supervisors, customers, and executive stakeholders.
-
Lead stakeholder communication, project risk assessment, issue resolution, and decision-making.
-
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality expectations.

Translate customer requirements into effective project execution plans.
-
Ensure project objectives remain aligned with customer needs and organizational strategy.

Drive cross-functional teams toward successful project completion.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree / BE in Engineering or a related technical field.

10 12 years of professional experience , preferably within the oil & gas industry.

Strong project management and leadership experience.
-
Experience managing large-scale digital/technology projects .
-
Understanding of oil & gas production operations .
-
Experience with real-time production monitoring and/or field data systems.
-
Knowledge of artificial lift surveillance and optimization is highly preferred.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and decision-making skills.
-
Ability to work effectively with engineering, field operations, implementation teams, and executive leadership.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in Digital Oil Field, Production Optimization, SCADA/real-time monitoring, artificial lift, oil & gas digital transformation, production engineering technology, or industrial IoT projects would be strongly preferred.
