Job Summary: Turtlebox Audio is a company that builds rugged, high-performance outdoor speakers designed for adventure. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Website Project Manager to oversee the performance and content updates of their website, ensuring a seamless and high-converting customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Website Refresh & Updates: Manage monthly website updates, including seasonal image changes and content refreshes.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct regular Hotjar reviews, speed checks, and analyze conversion and traffic data to identify areas for improvement.
- Project Management: Oversee website projects, coordinating between designers, developers, and marketing teams to execute updates efficiently.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Monitor and enhance website usability, engagement, and customer journey to drive conversions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics tools to track user behavior, recommend optimizations, and report key insights.
- 1-3 years of experience in website management, e-commerce, or digital project management.
- Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, and website speed testing platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Understanding of CRO best practices and how to optimize for conversions.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
