Junior Project Manager

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Assist Project Managers in project planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.
- Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Track project milestones, tasks, risks, and issues.
- Support in preparing weekly/monthly status reports (WBS, RAID logs, MIS).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for task follow-ups and status updates.
- Help in organizing project meetings, preparing MOMs, and tracking action items.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and templates.
- Support in resource tracking and utilization reporting.
- Familiarity with tools like Planisware, I3PM, MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, or Power BI.
- Basic exposure to ITSM or project lifecycle environments.
- Certification/training in PMP, SAFE, CAPM, or Agile.
