Now Hiring: Bilingual Inventory Counter (Spanish & English)

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with weekend availability as needed.

This position is responsible for accurately counting, recording, and verifying inventory to maintain stock accuracy, reduce inventory discrepancies, and support efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts, as well as full physical inventory audits.
• Count, scan, label, and organize inventory accurately.
• Compare physical inventory counts with system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock organization.
• Assist with receiving by unloading, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments.
• Operate barcode scanners, handheld devices, and inventory management systems.
• Report inventory issues and work with the warehouse team to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (must be able to speak, read, and write both languages).
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Experience using barcode scanners and inventory management systems is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
