ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for Leslie Riewe Insurance & Financial Services, Inc, you are a vital part of daily business operations. You help grow our agency through meaningful client relations by acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively uncovering needs and recommending relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information and educate customers about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
• Must be willing to get or currently holding P&C and life & health licenses. (Sign on bonus of $500 if completely licensed by start date.)
