As a Customer Service Representative with Valentine State Farm, your job is to generate an exceptional experience that reinforces the growth of a successful insurance agency. We are looking for someone with attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help others. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate detailed records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask is a must.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
