We specialize in remodeling, renovations, additions, porches, garages, bathrooms, and home improvement projects for homeowners who value quality, professionalism, communication, and reliability.

We are seeking a Remodeling Sales Consultant / Estimator to guide homeowners through the remodeling process—from initial discovery through proposal presentation and project sale.

This is not simply an estimating position.

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting homeowners, building trust, solving problems, and helping customers make confident remodeling decisions.

Construction knowledge is important, but success in this role is driven by communication skills, professionalism, organization, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Position Purpose

Generate profitable, well-qualified projects by helping homeowners define their goals, understand their options, and confidently move forward with remodeling projects.

You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process while developing project scope, preparing estimates, and presenting solutions.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to understand their goals, concerns, and project vision.

• Conduct Discovery Consultations and gather project information.

• Build trust and establish strong customer relationships.

• Develop project scope and budget expectations.

• Conduct field measurements, takeoffs, and existing-condition assessments to support accurate scope development and estimating.

• Prepare accurate estimates and professional proposals.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing.

• Present proposals via Zoom and in-person meetings.

• Guide customers through the decision-making process.

• Discuss budgets, project investments, and expectations.

• Manage opportunities within our CRM system.

• Schedule and manage follow-up activities.

• Coordinate seamless handoff of sold projects to production.

Qualifications

Preferred

• Residential remodeling experience.

• Construction estimating experience.

• Residential construction experience.

• Kitchen and bath design experience.

• Project management experience.

• Building materials sales experience.

• Home services sales experience.

• Real estate or consultative sales experience.

Construction knowledge is highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong communication, professionalism, coachability, and relationship-building ability.

Compensation & Growth
