Role Description:
Responsibilities include daily communication with potential clients and associates, designing and implementing marketing campaigns, coaching and team leadership, and personal development to drive the growth and success of our education products. The right candidate will be highly self-motivated with the desire for personal achievement and contribution to society.

Requirements:
- Advanced operator with 11 + years of professional experience in leadership
- The intention to be compensated based on performance (not hours at a desk)
- Highly coachable self starter with a positive mental attitude
- Have the goal to make multiple 6 figures a year
- Professional and personable communication style
- Strong communication skills (in writing, on the phone & with video conferencing)
- True willingness to change, integrate feedback, and consistently improve
