Position Overview

Allstar Pizza & More is looking for an energetic, creative, and outgoing Experiences & Engagement Coordinator to help us continue building memorable experiences for our guests and community.

Allstar is more than pizza. We're creating a place where people can eat, play, celebrate, connect, and enjoy unique experiences together.

This position will help develop, organize, and facilitate programming throughout Allstar, including Bingo, themed nights, games, contests, interactive activities, special experiences, and new creative concepts.

The ideal person enjoys bringing people together, has the personality to energize a room, and can turn a great idea into a well-executed experience.

What You'll Do

Bingo

- Take primary responsibility for coordinating and facilitating Allstar Bingo.
- Serve as Bingo host/caller when scheduled.
- Prepare Bingo materials and ensure everything is ready before the program begins.
- Create an energetic and welcoming atmosphere for participants.
- Work with leadership to introduce themes, special rounds, and fresh ideas.
- Track participation and guest feedback to continuously improve the experience.

Develop Allstar Experiences

- Help create recurring weekly and monthly programming.
- Develop concepts for themed nights, games, contests, challenges, interactive experiences, special activities, and occasional tournaments.
- Create experiences that appeal to a variety of guests and age groups.
- Find creative ways to utilize different areas and features of the Allstar facility.
- Research entertainment, hospitality, and experiential trends that could translate into great Allstar experiences.
- Refresh existing programs to keep them interesting for returning guests.
- Bring new ideas to leadership and help turn approved concepts into reality.

Host & Engage

- Serve as a host and facilitator for designated programs and activities.
- Welcome participants and create an energetic atmosphere.
- Explain games, rules, contests, or activities when needed.
- Keep programming organized, entertaining, and on schedule.
- Interact with guests and help create memorable moments throughout their visit.
- Encourage participation without making guests feel pressured.

Program Growth

- Help build participation in recurring Allstar experiences.
- Develop ideas that encourage guests to return.
- Work with leadership to evaluate participation and identify opportunities for future programming.
- Build relationships with regular participants and guests.
- Help turn successful concepts into recognizable Allstar traditions.

Planning & Execution

- Maintain an organized calendar of upcoming programming.
- Prepare equipment, materials, signage, registration information, and other necessary items.
- Coordinate with Allstar leadership and team members before activities.
- Ensure spaces are properly prepared before guests arrive.
- Help ensure programming starts and ends on time.
- Maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Ensure equipment and materials are properly returned after each activity.

Marketing Support

- Provide upcoming program details to the marketing team in advance.
- Help identify photo and video opportunities during activities.
- Capture or coordinate memorable moments, participant reactions, and winners when appropriate.
- Share guest feedback and participation trends with leadership and marketing.
- Help generate creative ideas for showcasing upcoming Allstar experiences.

- Comfortable interacting with guests of different ages and backgrounds
- Dependable and able to take ownership of responsibilities
- Open to feedback and continuously improving experiences

Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, event coordination, guest experience, recreation, or community activities is helpful but not required.

We're especially interested in personality, creativity, initiative, reliability, and the ability to connect with people.

Schedule

This position will begin as a part-time role, with hours based on programming and business needs.

Evening and weekend availability will be important, as many Allstar experiences take place during those periods.

Some planning and preparation hours may occur outside of scheduled programming.

The Experiences & Engagement Coordinator will help us continue developing the activities, traditions, and experiences that make Allstar a place guests want to visit again and again.
