Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:45 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of travel experience is required within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >90 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - UnityPoint Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - 24 months of current Cardiac Cath experience. - No first-time travelers; must have completed at least 1 travel contract in the previous 12 months. - Proficient with fluoroscopy. - Proficiency and comfort in peripheral and coronary angio cases, PCI, and pacemaker procedures.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Experience with Impella, Acist Injector, iFR, and IVUS highly preferred.

Special Requests: - Past UnityPoint Health employees who worked as FTE or PRN in the UPH float pool within the past 12 months are not eligible to work this travel assignment in another market. Prior UnityPoint travel workers are exempt from this separation policy.

Unit Details: - Typically 4 patients/scans per day. - Uses Artis Zee c-arm, Impella, IABP, and Acist Injector.

Shift & Scheduling: - Requires 50% call, including every other weekend and every other holiday.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification CI

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
