Published April 26, 2026 Type Full Time Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or twelve to eighteen months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and financial services or credit union or management experience. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business correspondence including emails and procedures and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, members, other departments, and vendors. Ability to apply knowledge about business services and products and take initiative to build relationships, including identifying cross sell opportunities. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once, attention to detail and ability to drive execution and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written skills, including the ability to read, analyze and interpret information, effectively present information and easily adapt communication style to different audiences. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Responsibilities Directly supervises employees in the Accounting Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Analytical – Collects, researches, and analyzes data and combines complex or diverse information, using intuition and experience to complement data. Business and Financial Acumen – Understands business implications and financial impacts of decisions and how to apply information.
