Marketing & In-House Graphic and Digital Designer

The Marketing & In-House Graphic and Digital Designer supports Eco-Chic Consignments LLC with brand-aligned design and marketing across in-store, digital, and email channels for three luxury resale brands. Role Overview This is a temporary in-house position focused on creating in-store graphics, digital updates, and customer emails. The designer will work from premade Canva templates, maintain consistent brand color and aesthetic guidelines, write copy in each brand voice, and support day-to-day marketing efforts including Shopify and LinkedIn. The role also contributes to planning and executing in-store events, from preparation through event-day support. Key Responsibilities Design assets using premade Canva templates , creating new layouts as needed while following each brand’s colors and aesthetic direction. Produce flyers, sale posters, and in-store signage , including relocation and grand-opening materials. Update in-store TV screen content by swapping imagery and text for sales and event programming. Create website banner graphics for sales promotions and seasonal changes. Write, design, schedule, and send weekly customer emails through Constant Contact . Write short-form copy in each brand voice for emails, banners, signage, and social posts . Merchandise products on the Shopify website by arranging items for a clean, appealing presentation. Manage LinkedIn posting , including company updates, hiring posts, and event highlights. Create VIP event invitations and manage RSVPs in coordination with the internal marketing team. Assist with all in-store events , including grand openings, from preparation through on-site event support. Support the Photography Manager with content and imagery needs for marketing materials, emails, flyers, and in-store signage. Brand Portfolio The designer will create marketing for Eco-Chic Consignments, LLC and its three luxury resale brands: My Sister’s Closet (women’s fashion), My Sister’s Attic (home furnishings), and Well Suited (men’s fashion). Required Qualifications 2+ years of graphic and digital design experience. Experience with Canva and email marketing platforms; Constant Contact is a plus. A sharp eye for design with the ability to work within an established brand look. Strong, clean writing with the ability to shift tone across three brands. Ability to move quickly and manage many small deliverables at once. Familiarity with Shopify is a plus. Availability for occasional evening and weekend events . Education An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required. A portfolio showing print and digital work is required. Tools and Technologies Canva Constant Contact Shopify LinkedIn Work Location and Physical Demands Primarily office-based at the corporate office, with regular visits to store showrooms. Prolonged sitting and computer use, including close visual work on screens. Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching during signage setup and event work, including some evenings and weekends. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (signage, display materials, and print orders). Reliable transportation for travel between the corporate office and Arizona store locations. Compensation and Benefits Hourly pay: USD 22 to 23 per hour (DOE). Competitive pay plus commissions and bonuses .
