Local/Travel Surgical Tech, up to $2,150/week

This role supports surgical teams as a local or travel surgical technologist for a 13‑week assignment near Hope, Arkansas. You will prepare instruments, maintain sterile fields, and assist during procedures while receiving competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with surgical teams to prepare and organize instruments and supplies for procedures

• Maintain sterile field protocols and ensure adherence to infection control standards

• Assist surgeons and nurses during various surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment functions correctly

• Document surgical procedures, instrument counts, and patient information accurately

• Coordinate with anesthesia and nursing staff to facilitate smooth operative flow

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Technical or vocational training in surgical technology

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Tech Certification

• BLS certification

• ACLS certification

• Minimum of 1 year surgical technologist experience

• Prior hospital experience

• Knowledge of surgical procedures and sterilization techniques

• Ability to work day shift 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with weekend shifts every other 3rd weekend

• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently

Preferred Skills:

• Technical or vocational training in surgical technology

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Tech Certification

• Prior hospital experience
