Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using tailored approaches to meet each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Regularly update and maintain detailed client records and documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client's journey.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Oregon; alternative credentials such as LCSW or LPC are also welcome.

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory for this position.

• Ability to build rapport with clients through strong communication skills and a compassionate, empathetic approach to therapy.

• Proficiency in providing therapy both virtually and in-person, adapting techniques to suit the context of family or individual sessions.

We are seeking candidates with at least two years of practical experience in the mental health field, particularly in marriage and family therapy settings. Compensation and Benefits\n

The yearly salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
