Prism is seeking a Management Analyst with a strong background in business process documentation, scrum master responsibilities, and project management. This role requires an individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment. The analyst will support key initiatives, create visual content like workflow diagrams, facilitate requirements gathering sessions, and contribute to project tracking and reporting. Minimum 1 year of experience in a related functional analyst, business analyst, or IT service management role. Service Now experience. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities. Proficiency in preparing project reports, tracking deliverables, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.Desired qualifications include experience with Agile methodologies and user story creation in ServiceNow Agile and JIRA. Experience with DevOps processes, particularly the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) lifecycle, and tools, such as Jenkins and GitLab. Experience with DevOps processes in ServiceNow. Familiarity with government clients, particularly DMDC or related defense sectors.Required security clearance: Active Secret Clearance.
